What began as a hobby several years ago, has since flourished into the fulfillment of a divine calling and the continued development of a gift from God.

GGC is the result of an answer to prayer. One day while seeking the face of God for direction regarding my future, I was led to the book of I Kings 17:13 and the words immediately jumped off the page "…make me a small cake first…" It was there in plain sight, a calling to make cakes. This was followed by a divine opportunity to attend culinary school.

As a former art major, I never thought that God would combine my love for art and baking to design what you now see on this website, a gallery of "great cakes and unforgettable creations".
